Process & Delivery Time
All shoes are made to order just for you and will be posted with DHL Express.
For all countries, customers receive their packages in 10-14 days after order.
Our process time will be 3-7 days, after postage DHL delivery will be an extra 3-4 days worldwide.
In max 7 days, tracking numbers will be sent to customers via the email provided in their order.
*Christmas orders should be placed before December 10th, otherwise the delivery may left to new year.

Refund Policy
*Any items with below conditions will be replaced with no additional cost;
Damaged items, poor quality prints, wrong product shipped, missing items. Please contact us with a picture of the item.
*We will not accept refund or exchange request for sizing issues. Please check out our size chart carefully.
